humor & heart

my story isn't unusual or odd or different from anyone who wakes up one day after twenty {looonnnnggg} years of cubicle dwelling, & feels an itch of wanting more....

freedom & flexibility

laughter...& time out with girlfriends

money

creativity

time

warm "wet-nose" kisses from my golden maggie mae & long afternoon walks

quiet kitty naps with ms. delilah in the late morning

escapes with my husband - in the woods..on the water...over dinner

i wanted more living and less doing, less spinning, less thinking about things i'd do "some day" when "today" was already here, tomorrow made me anxious and yesterday made me sad. and the realy crazy part is, i really didn't understand why - when my life that wasn't bad by any stretch - things felt kind of lackluster.

by no coincidence, it was there that my journey began. i actually worked with a life coach myself and began to connect the dots. i began to understand the whole of my life in a way that hadn't made sense before. i felt alive. free. inspired. energized. revived. it was there & then i realized i needed to share this gift with others.

i began to see that all those years in my cubicle weren't spent alone. they were filled with the stories and hearts of coworkers who always seemed to find their way to my little space to ask for help.  i'm told i put people at ease, that they feel they can tell me anything/everything in a way that's as familiar and comfortable as a well worn shoe. and as i've got a fairly dry sense of humor, at the very least, i made them laugh and forget for just a moment, while helping them see the wide open spaces their dilemma offered and the potentially exciting possibilities within that.

& it astounds me that what i can do so swimmingly for others  while hacking through my battles

through formal training (yes, i am a certified ontological life coach - a mouthful right?), i learned to hone my skills for hearing what isn't being said, for tapping into what lies underneath, what stops me, you, us from living our own greatness anew each day while blazing a path into a bright future.

i ultimately help you see that it’s not what you do but rather who you choose to be - and i will help you find the key to unlock the doorway to a future unimagined before.

in short, i seek the same stressed out tired of cubicle professional, that burned out bulb that i was many years ago for my mission is to give you the gift i've received - and help you live in a dynamic work-life-love-family-fun balance without feeling like you're juggling with one hand tied your their back blindfolded.

as your Whole Life Coach, i weave laughter & love in gently guiding you to creating the life you want.

give me thirty minutes of your life & we will change it!
