in one-on-one Coaching it'll be just you and me and is ideal for those wanting a little more of a gentle nudge. we'll identify and remove those BIG rocks in your path, those obstacles that seem insurmountable and create a new script. i promise you'll laugh & maybe cry, but you'll fight with all your might (i've got your back don't worry) and you'll be surprised with how changed your life will feel.

in coaching +1, we'll add another...a spouse, sister or brother, mom, close friend, cube-mate, business partner or a person you don't know ... one who's in the same little spot you find yourself. we'll do the same thing we do in one-on-one in kicking those boulders out of your way so you can walk in confidence & freedom & joyfulness.

group coaching is a gathering of three to five and through each other new ways and ideas and empowerment emerge. if you thrive in a group this one is for you.
